Welcome to my website.
I am a violinist and since 2000 have taught violin in the City of Dublin VEC Music Centre, Kylemore College, Ballyfermot, Dublin 10. My students range from beginners to Grade 8, Leaving Certificate and beyond. Many of my students take an enthusiastic role in the college orchestra including the Leader. Occasionally some take part in local feiseanna.
As a violinist I perform regularly both with ensemble and as soloist. Recently I have performed all of J.S.Bach's violin concertos with orchestra in the Pepper Canister Church, Dublin. In December 2009 I performed the Tchaikovsky violin concerto with the Dublin Orchestral Players in Christchurch Cathedral, Dublin. In February 2011 I played a recital in the Kevin Barry Room at the National Concert Hall along with fellow Kylemore College teacher Anne-Marie O'Farrell.
